Sale Terms :

 

  1. By confirming that you wish to purchase any item on tool-pusher.com, you are confirming that you agree with our full user Terms & Conditions.
  2. We cannot guarantee that every item displayed on tool-pusher.com is in stock and available for delivery. We will contact customers who have ordered products that are out of stock and customers will NOT be charged for these items.
  3. We make every effort to provide clear and accurate product details. Where the product is available in various colors or patterns, we cannot guarantee that your preferred color will be delivered unless the product color is stated in the product title. If the product does not match the stated description, photograph or reviews once receiving it, you can return it within 7 working days of receiving it, in an unused condition.
  4. Customers agree to the Sale terms, subject to the stated price for all selected items, and complete their order for their selected items by pressing the ‘confirm’ button at the end of the checkout process.
  5. We will send all customers
    1. Acknowledgement email detailing the products that they have ordered.
    2. Dispatch confirmation email once their products have been shipped.
  6. We will notify you if we do not accept sale before we dispatch your items. Customers must notify us if they wish to cancel their order before items are dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our sole discretion, however, non-acceptance of the sale on behalf of tool-pusher.com will usually take place for one or more of the following reasons:
  7. The product(s) you ordered are out of stock. We will inform you of this by email/phone call. We will inform you once they come back into stock and you can place a new order if you wish to order the item(s) again.
  8. We were unable to authorize your payment. We will inform you of this by email/phone call. Your order will be canceled and you must place your order again if you wish to purchase the item(s) by another method.
  9. We identify that the product you ordered was priced incorrectly or the description contained incorrect details. We will email you to inform this with the revised details and ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order.
  10. We are not liable for any delays to our stated delivery times and we cannot guarantee how long it will take to process your payment.
  11. Please check the Delivery Terms before placing an order. We may change our delivery Terms at any time so please re-read every time you place an order. If you need further assistance, contact us at admin@tool-pusher.com. We cannot guarantee an assigned delivery time for your items. If you are not at home when we deliver your order, we will try again at a different time of day. If we still cannot reach you at home, you may have to contact your local postal depot.
  12. We accept no responsibility if your card details or tool-pusher.com user name and password are used by another person because you have knowingly or unknowingly shared them outside the tool-pusher.com site. The User/Buyer are responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password.
  13. Customers have a right to return products they have not used within 7 working days of receiving them, providing items have incurred no wear or damage since being delivered to the customer and products are returned in their original packaging. If we are satisfied with the condition of returned items we will issue customers with a replacement or store credit for the value of the item(s). In some cases we can also issue refunds to customers.
  14. These conditions of sale are liable to change at any time and are effective at the time of your specific sale. Please read through the terms of sale every time you wish to place an order. As with all our Terms & Conditions, these conditions of sale are governed by Sharjah and the U.A.E. law.
  15. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment

  Delivery Terms :

  

  1. We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
  2. Once an order is placed, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation with dispatched details via email; and an email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order along with the tracking information.
  3. Shipping charges for deliveries within UAE for orders
    1. less than AED 500 – AED 35.00
    2. equal to and above AED 500 – Free
  4. Delivery within 2 -3 working days or based on material availability or a schedule shall be advise by Tool-pusher Team
  5. For heavier weights or large package sizes shall be charges or delivered based on case to case. There be any additional fees for deliveries outside the city limits of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah.
  6. The multiple booking / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
  7. International Delivery are accepted consider additional Shipment cost, Receiver Country, Mode of Shipment, Trade restriction etc. Please contact the Toolpusher team on admin@tool-pusher.com prior to placing any order.
  8.   Multiple Booking /orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly Statement.
 Cancellation & Return Terms :

 

  1. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
  2. We will accept item(s) for exchange or refund provided they are returned as new, i.e. are unworn and have been returned with the original packaging, including tags, within 7 days of purchase. Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. You are requested to request for “Return form” from customer service Email return@tool-pusher.com and send us pictures of the item. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
  3. There are no gift exchanges or any free return for such an exchange.
  4. For returns within UAE
    1. Please provide the copy of invoice/ DO / transaction copy along with picture and reason for return. Our Team will contact your within 2-3 working day in order to process further as per below terms.
  5. For Returns outside UAE
    1. Please provide the copy of invoice/ DO / transaction copy along with picture and reason for return. Our Team will contact your within 2-3 working day.
    2. The amount incurred as sea/air freight cost to deliver the goods to client are not applicable under refund.
  6. Once the product has been evaluated by Toolpusher Team and it’s eligible for return, we will issue the refund back to the original mode of payment or as a store credit in form or coupons that you can use to order a replacement item or you can use it on your next purchase. It will be valid for 3 months.

  8. Unopened items (original condition and packaging) reported within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery can be returned with the below charges:
    1. Total value less than AED 500, Collection –AED 35/- per invoice
    2. Total value more than AED 500, Collection –Free of Charge
  9. Items with Manufacturing detects
    1. Reported within the warranty period.

                                                     i.     Collection – AED 50 per Invoice

                                                   ii.     Delivery – AED 50 per Invoice

    1. Reported outside the warranty period.

                                                     i.     Collection – AED 100 per Invoice or 25% of the invoice value whichever is higher

                                                   ii.     Delivery – AED 100 per Invoice or 25% of the invoice value whichever is higher

  1. We don’t have any urgent/immediate returns
  2. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. Following events will be non-eligible for return.
    1. If Item or original packaging has been damaged.
    2. If Item has been returned after 7 days.
    3. If item belongs to the Non-Returnable Items.
    4. Defective products which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
    5. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
    6. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
    7. Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
    8. Fragile items, hygiene related items.
  3. You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of your order and the amount will be fully refunded including delivery charges back to the payment solution used initially. However if the order has crossed 24 hours or if cancelled after dispatch, the amount will not be refunded but will remain as store credit and can be used for future purchases. To cancel your order, Please notify our Customer service Team in writing to admin@tool-pusher.com  within 24 hours of placing your order with necessary documents
